At Puffypop, each piece is created with intention — shaped by hand, natural fibers, and time.
Because of this, all items are final sale and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
✨ Why We Don’t Accept Returns
Our garments are made using natural materials and handcrafted processes, often sourced and created in Nepal.
- Natural fibers are delicate and absorb body warmth, oils, and scent once tried on
- The structure and elasticity of the fabric can subtly change after wear
- Each piece carries unique hand-dyed and embroidered details that cannot be replicated or restored
For these reasons, we cannot guarantee that a returned item would meet the same standard of a new, unworn piece for the next customer.
